The Festival Miradors de l'Horta, promoted by the Mancomunitat del Carraixet, is an initiative that aims to highlight the value of the heritage of the Valencian huerta, both tangible and intangible.
The present draws an uncertain future for a cultural heritage landscape of exceptional value such as that of the Huerta de Valencia.
In this context of instability, a scaffolding structure, which seeks to establish a play of proportions and balances, announces the construction of a stable and enduring future for this landscape.
Its materialisation using elements that can easily be found in the orchard gives shape to a space of encounter and vindication from which to rethink a future for this environment.
This space aims to create the necessary conditions for the birth and development of new initiatives, as if it were a nursery, through participatory activities that reflect on sustainable and healthy production, the management and territorial planning of these landscapes and their environmental protection.
